Our Colormatch® plasticizer-based dispersions consist of organic and inorganic pigments suspended in a plasticizer. Our primary plasticizer is di-isodecyl phthalate (DIDP).
Colormatch® RV Series phthalate plasticizer can be used in the prepolymer side of TDI and MDI cast systems such as cultured marble and solid surface.
Colormatch® LDR Series are low viscosity plasticizer-based dispersions ideally suited to third stream use in RIM applications, as well as the prepolymer side of TDI and MDI systems. Hydroxyl number is zero.
Applications for Plasticolors’ plasticizer dispersions include, but are not limited to: Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) and
Cast Urethane.
