Plasticolors, Inc. Appoints Technical Service Representative

 
Ashtabula, Ohio – November, 2011  -  Plasticolors, Inc., a custom colorant and chemical dispersions manufacturer for the thermoset plastics and paint and coatings industries, recently appointed Lisa Collette to Technical Service Applications Representative. In her new position Collette will provide direct technical support to customers in the polyurethane RIM, slabstock foam and elastomer marketplace and to internal technical programs.
 
“Lisa and her experience represent a solid addition to our technical service team,” said Elizabeth Campbell, Business Director, Thermoset, Plasticolors, Inc. “We are excited about her enthusiasm to learn our technologies and her academic experiences will provide a refreshing view to problem solving and product innovation”.
 
Collette, who recently joined the company, has extensive experience in both instrumental chemical analysis and bench chemistry in an academic setting. She obtained her B.S. in Chemistry from Furman University and is currently pursuing her Masters in Polymer science at The University of Akron.
